About Latélle

Founded in Byron Bay on 23.8.23. 

Haley van der Vliet is a self-taught photographer, content creator, visual storyteller and the creative behind Latélle Studio.

"My love for photography started at a young age, as I watched my father taking photos of moments in time. I could spend hours flipping through stacks of old photos he took of my mom before I was born, admiring her beauty, looks, and the trips they went on. It was also him who introduced me to traveling. We would go to European destinations like Spain, Portugal, and Italy together, driving around and exploring every little town possible. Wherever we would go, there was always a camera with us to capture the amazing places.

This is where my love for travel photography comes from, capturing the beauty our world has to offer. It wasn’t until 2019 when I got my first mirrorless Sony camera from my beloved grandma. A camera that really allowed me to further develop my photography skills and artistic vision. The camera rarely left my side, and after many years and numerous breathtaking places, I decided it was time to share my photographic journey with you. 

Latélle Studio is the place where you can find an extraordinary photo prints,  each with its unique story behind it. Captured with love and precision on one of my many adventures."
